Sisters, Kathy and Sandra, founded Shugga Hi Bakery and Café in 2017. Their love of food began with their mother, Catherine, would prepared delicious homemade meals for family. Sandra, who greatly admired her mother’s cooking, would help with meals and soon became quite the chef.
